وقع 150 أكاديميًا في أوروبا وأمريكا الشمالية على رسالة مفتوحة تطالب بالإفراج عن راشد الغنوشي وجميع المعتقلين السياسيين في تونس.
يصادف اليوم ، 17 ماي ، مرور شهر على اعتقال واحتجاز زعيم المعارضة التونسي راشد الغنوشي. في 17 أفريل ، تم تفتيش منزل السيد الغنوشي واعتقل بسبب تصريح عام انتقد فيه انقلاب الرئيس التونسي قيس سعيد على الديمقراطية. في العام والنصف الماضيين ، أحكم سعيد سيطرته على القضاء واستخدمه ضد منتقديه كجزء من حملة استهداف، على حد تعبير منظمة العفو الدولية.
